The prices include electricity,
gas and water, initial equipment of bed linen and towels,
Internet (W-LAN) (except apartment “Betula”, "Villa Carcani"),
and undercover parking
(except apartment “Betula”, "Villa Carcani" and
"Polly").
Heating costs are extra (gas 2,90 euro for m³, wood 25,00 euro for
1/3 m³).
Rent
Conditions:
To book an apartment, we ask for an initial payment of 30% of the total
price. The rest is then payable at the time of arrival.
If a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation fee applies:
10% if the booking is cancelled three months prior to the start of the
holiday, 30% two months prior, 60% one month prior and 90% within month
of booking.
- Arrival time is 5.00 pm onwards, departure time by 10.00 am.
- Prior arrangement, a dog may be brought along.
