... is situated slightly above the village of Acquapendente, surrounded by a large estate with tall chestnut trees and an ancient Cypress alley which leads to the village centre, only a five minute walk away.


The house was built by our great-grandfather at the start of the 19th Century and was used as a summer residence during July and August.
The holiday flat is one of four apartments and is situated in the upper level with a nice view over city.

 
The light-flooded apartment is comprised of a large living-room with table, couch and armchairs. Television reception via satellite is available too.
Attached to the living-room are two large bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the other with three single beds.
Included is a bathroom with shower.
For the car you will find an undercover car park.

The wide-ranging area invites to spend one’s time in the garden. For our guests, garden furniture and a barbecue grill are on hand. Exploring the area, you can find figs, cherries, mushrooms and delicious chestnuts. During the hot Summer days, the huge trees provide refreshing shade.
It is just a 10 minute drive away from the beautiful Bolsena lake.
